We provide an in-home setup along with equipment orientation for the client and their family members.

Our clients enjoy regular respiratory and technical assessments by our friendly Registered Respiratory Therapists and Registered Nurses.

24-Hour Oxygen Equipment Support

We provide 24/7 Oxygen Equipment Support to our concentrator clients.

Calls are directed to the New Minas On-Call Staff, who provide initial troubleshooting.

Additional on-call support staff are available in other regions of the province.

If necessary, our staff will change out the concentrator or provide delivery of a replacement emergency back-up cylinder.
