Important Update for Our Amherst Clients
Our Amherst is temporarily closed.
Oxygen Services – Uninterrupted
Our oxygen services will continue uninterrupted through our support team and neighbouring offices. We will continue to provide oxygen assessments and tank deliveries. Our 24-hour oxygen equipment support remains available by calling 1-800-565-2021.
CPAP Services – Temporary Changes
Please note that during this temporary closure, the Amherst office is unable to offer appointments for new unit purchases or book sleep studies. We can continue to assist existing CPAP patients with supplies during this time, including providing replacement masks to patients who know their current mask model. Calls made to our Amherst phone number are automatically being connected to our Antigonish office, where our staff is ready to assist you!

SoClean 2 Voluntary Advisory Notice – Labelling Amendment
SoClean has issued a Voluntary Advisory Notice to advise users that they have updated their user manual for all SoClean 2 units.
The SoClean Advisory Notice confirms that users do not need to return their device or stop using it; however, users must follow the new instructions in the updated manual.
