Important Update for Amherst Clients

We want to share an important update regarding our Amherst office. As you may know, the office has been closed for several months. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to close this location permanently.
Information for Oxygen Clients:
Although the physical office is no longer open, your care remains our top priority. We are committed to ensuring you continue to receive the same high level of service and support as we work through this change.
Our Respiratory Therapist serving the Amherst area will continue to provide your routine assessments, and we will coordinate with you to ensure timely delivery of oxygen cylinders. Our team is dedicated to making this change as seamless as possible while we work to provide you with a long-term solution.
As always, our 24-hour oxygen equipment support line is available by calling 1-800-565-2021.
Information for CPAP Clients:
Our CPAP clients may continue to purchase replacement items through another of our branches. Please note that a $9.95 shipping fee will be applied to cover a portion of mailing costs.

SoClean 2 Voluntary Advisory Notice – Labelling Amendment
SoClean has issued a Voluntary Advisory Notice to advise users that they have updated their user manual for all SoClean 2 units.
The SoClean Advisory Notice confirms that users do not need to return their device or stop using it; however, users must follow the new instructions in the updated manual.
